What is the Dime Dime Baby trend?
Updated · AI Dance Trend
Dime Dime Baby is a TikTok trend from October 2026 built on a clip from a quinceañera party: a young man struts slowly across the banquet-hall dance floor toward the camera, takes a bite of a concha (Mexican sweet bread), chews it with a blank stare into the lens and dances back into the party, to “BbY WOW” by KAROL G, Judeline and rusowsky. The AI version puts someone new in his place from one photo.

What happens in the clip
- A party in a banquet hall at night: round tables, tall flower centerpieces, pink and purple lights, guests watching from the edge of the dance floor.
- A young man walks across the floor toward the camera, slow and cocky, on the beat.
- He bites a concha and chews it with a straight face, staring into the lens.
- He turns and dances back into the party.
Why it took off
The joke is all attitude: a slow strut and a straight face while chewing pan dulce at a party. It works with anyone in his place, which is why the AI remakes star friends, parents, grandparents and footballers.
In the TikTok search results we checked on November 4, 2026, the ten most-played how-to videos for the AI version had between 194,000 and 1.76 million plays each, most of them in Spanish (“Cómo crear el efecto viral de IA del baile original Dime Dime Baby”).
The AI version
You upload one photo and an image-to-video AI model makes a new clip of you doing the walk, the bite and the stare at a party. AI Dance Trend's Dime Dime Baby makes it as a 10-second vertical video; it doesn't reuse the original clip, the man in it or the song.
