By using aidancetrend.com ("the site", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a video. No account is needed: your order is reached through the private link we give you after payment.
What the service does
You upload a photo and choose a dance template. We send the photo and a text description of the dance to an image-to-video AI model, ByteDance Seedance 2.0, through an API provider (SeeAPI, API Models or Kie.ai), and deliver the generated video to you. Every dance is a fixed template written by us; you can't enter your own prompt. Videos are created by AI and may contain mistakes or artifacts.
Photos you may upload
- Photos of yourself, of your own pets, or of adults who gave you permission.
- Never photos of anyone under 18.
- Never photos of public figures or celebrities, and never photos intended to mislead, harass or impersonate someone.
- No nudity or sexual content. Generations pass the AI model's safety filters and may be blocked.
You confirm you have the rights and consent needed for every photo you upload, and we record when you confirmed it. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules.
Content rules
You may not use the service to create sexual or NSFW content, violent or gory content, hate speech, anything that sexualises or endangers children, deepfakes that impersonate or mislead, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. AI-generated content
Every video is generated by AI and is not a real recording. When you share a video, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks for it, and never present it as real footage of someone.
Your videos
You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media use. Videos use original AI-generated music, not the songs associated with any trend. If you add music when posting, you are responsible for using it within the platform's rules.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD before checkout: $9.90 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 videos, $29.90 for 5 videos. Each video uses one credit from your order. Payments are one-time; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, processes the payment and may show its name on your card statement.
Refunds
If a video fails to generate, the credit is returned to your order automatically. If you are not happy with your first video, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After a full refund, the videos from that order are no longer available. Details are in the refund policy.
No affiliation
The site is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, any artist, film or record label mentioned on it. Trend names are used only to describe popular dance styles.
If you break these terms
If you upload a photo you had no right to use, or use a video to mislead, harass or impersonate someone, we may cancel your order, delete the photo and videos, and refuse further orders. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use and share the videos, and you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that third parties bring against us because of that use.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI results vary from photo to photo; we don't promise that a video will look a certain way, match a trend exactly, or be accepted by any social platform. We may change, pause or retire dance templates at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you paid applies to your order.
