Refund policy

We want every video to be worth posting. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, the credit is returned to your order automatically and you can try again right away from your order page.

Not happy with your video

If you are not happy with your first video, email support@aidancetrend.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID (it's in your order page link) and we will refund your payment. You don't need to explain why, although we'd love to know.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake. Depending on your bank they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. After a full refund, the videos from that order can no longer be viewed or downloaded.

Misuse

Orders that break our terms (for example, photos of minors or of people who did not consent) are cancelled without generating videos and refunded.
