Acceptable use policy

AI Dance Trend animates a photo of you, your pet, or an adult who agreed, into a short dance video. These rules apply to every photo you upload and every video you create, and are part of our terms of service.

Prohibited content

You may not upload photos for, or use generated videos to create or share:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses or fetish content.
2. Violence or gore: graphic injury, blood, weapons used against people, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
3. Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, including hateful symbols.
4. Child safety: any photo of a person under 18, and anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers children. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: photos of public figures or celebrities, photos of anyone who didn't consent, and videos presented as real footage or used to deceive, harass, defame or commit fraud.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you don't have the rights to, and adding protected logos, characters, songs or clips owned by others.

How we keep the service safe

• Every dance is a fixed template written by us. You can't type your own prompt, so the service can only make the dances listed on the site.
• You must confirm you have the right and consent to use each photo before paying, and we record when you confirmed it.
• Uploads must be real JPG, PNG or WebP photos, and the AI video model (ByteDance Seedance 2.0) applies its own safety filters to every generation, blocking sexual and violent content.
• We review every report and remove content that breaks these rules.
• Every video is labelled as AI-generated on the site, and we ask you to use the AI-generated label when you post it.
• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.

What happens if you break these rules

We block the generation or cancel the order, delete the photo and any videos, and may refuse further orders from you. Serious violations, including anything involving minors, are reported to law enforcement.

Report a video

If you see a video made with AI Dance Trend that breaks these rules or uses your likeness without consent, email support@aidancetrend.com with the subject "Report", a link to the video and a short description. We review every report within 2 business days and remove content that breaks these rules.
